BAPETEN or Indonesian Nuclear Energy

BAPETEN or Indonesian Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency of the non-ministerial government agencies in Indonesia, which has the task of supervising all activities of the utilization of nuclear energy in Indonesia. The agency is under and responsible to the President of the Republic of Indonesia . The agency was formed in 1998 and began active work in 1999 . Agency based in Jakarta and is headquartered in Jl Gajah Mada No. 8 , Jakarta 10120 . The organizational structure of BAPETEN comprising Chief , Home Secretary , Inspector , and Deputy . Currently , Head BAPETEN is As Natio Lasman . BAPETEN head assisted by two deputies, the Deputy for Licensing and Inspection , and Deputy for Nuclear Safety Assessment .
